CO-OWNING
We decided to breed fascinated by this breed and want to contribute to its progress and improvement with our breeding activities.
We carefully plann litters that have its own purpose, and therefore we would like to keep the best representatives of a combination of bloodlines still in our kennel due to future plans. The goal of co-ownership is that the breeder can develope the bloodline without accumulating dozens of dogs at home
or without rehoming older dogs or dogs that are no longer active in breeding.
Too many dogs in one home is "no go" due to requirements of the breed.
We would not be able to devote enough quality time to each of them and that should not be fair to the dogs.

That is why we are looking for active and responsible co-owners
who would help us in our goals.
Co-ownership is when two or more people have their names as owners on a dog’s HKS registration papers (Pedigree) and co-ownership is based on trust and agreement.
When co-owning a new puppy, it is usually the breeder who requests co-ownership and a contract written by the breeder and signed by both parties usually dictates the terms for the entire life of the co-ownership including under what circumstances the co-ownership will end.

Co-owning is:
- the co-owner will receive the most promising puppy from the litter at a significantly lower price
- the puppy/later adult dog will live with its co-owner and will be part of his family as if it is not co-owned
- the co-owner is expected to go to dog school and socialize the dog, as well work with the dog to fulfill the mental and physical needs of the breed. This is required from all our owner, not only co-owners.
- due to co-owning agreement, we will show the dog several times at dogshows (the co-owner can also show it if want) and cover all promotional activities for the dog
- females in co-ownership are required to have at least one and a maximum of three litters during life and exclusively only in our kennel
- co-owned males may have several matings in their lifetime (it doesn't just depend on us. It is depending on other breeders and their choice)
- the costs of health tests and examinations for breeding, dog show expences as well the advertisement and promotion will be paid by the breeder, and for co-owned females breeding, raising and socializing puppies will be also paid by the us - the breeders.
- the co-owner is obliged to take care of the dog's daily health, quality nutrition, socialization, mental and physical activity of the dog
Only the best representatives of the breed should participate in breeding.
If the puppy accidentally does not develop in the direction that is important to us for breeding
(in any segment: health, character, appearance etc...), ownership is completely transferred to the co-owner without any fee and that dog will not be able to be used in breeding, but continues his life still loved and cared for in his family.

We believe that this is the best way for the dogs used in breeding to have a happy and fulfilling life with their families and thus help us in our goal.

THE CO-OWNERSHIP IS BASED ON TRUST AND AGREEMENT
Without the trust between the breeder and co-owner, there is no quality relationship.

THE DOG IS YOUR LOVELY PET
People often imagine co-ownership as a relationship when the dog constantly changes homes, spends some time with the owner and some with the breeder, is confused who the breeder is, becomes anxious etc.
In our kennel this is not the case because the dog lives with you as your pet and have super time with us from time to time when attending dog show.
The dog does everything he would do even if he wasn't co-owned.
THE DOG IS NOT AT THE DOGSHOW EVERY WEEKEND
Do not be affraid that your dog will attend dog shows every weekend.
Our dogs aren't at the show every weekend either.
We will show the co-owned dog by appointment.
We inform our the co-owners a month or two before about the show date. If it suits them, we will register and take a dog for a dogshow and bring it back home to co-owner.
If the co-owner wants to show a dog, even better! We will learn you how to show your dog and will introduce you to a dog show world.
The condition for this is that the dog is well socialized and well-behaved.
Such a dog doesn't mind the dog show environment.
THE FEMALE DOG MUST GIVE BIRTH AND RAISE PUPPIES WITH US
We cannot be responsible for puppies raised by someone else, after all, by law, the breeding must be registered
and the address of the breeding must be registered.
What we always say is that the co-owner is free to move in with us during the period when the dog is raising puppies or that he can visit her regularly.

If the dog does not like exhibitions, if is under constant stress or not comfortable - we will not show this dog.
If the bitch is under stress while having puppies, is nervous, does not want to take care of them - she will not continue her breeding path
If it does not pass the xray and health tests, it will not have litters and in that case the ownership will be completely transferred to you.
