It was a really nice weekend in Zadar.
I am happy that I have met all my dear RR friends and that we spent nice moments together.
This was our 2nd dogshow this year and I am happy that we finished what we have started 2 years ago but Covid did not let us to show...
After his first day where he gained 3rd place in strong Champion class, on a 2nd day, Maddox was BEST OF THE BREED (within 24 Ridgebacks from France, Slovakia, Switzerland, Croatia, Germany, Hungary etc.) and
r. BEST IN FCI6 GROUP on the Best in show competition!
With CAC title he gained today, he became the new GRAND Champion of Croatia and I am proud to say that this is his 12th adult FCI Championship :)!

After they met the neon tube, we arranged them much more....Obstacle polygon is fun! It helps them to develop motor skills and thinking.

As we had a really nice and warm sunny day we decided to open the door and let the puppies out into a big world. They have explored surroundings little and then they went back to amazing milk-bar :).

Socialization mode ON!
At the age of 3 weeks we exposed our puppies to the first new sounds, objects, toys and materials. After a short study of hanging objects, the puppies realized they were actually in Las Vegas and played to exhaustion. They develop very nicely, are more and more agile and stable and they communicate more with each other.

PUPPIES ARE GROWING!
Our sweet babies are 3 weeks old. As every puppy has 2 tits, we have serious "Milk bar" here. Puppies are strong and healthy and we love how they are developing. They started to communicate and interact and got their first toys.
We are proud to introduce you all 5 miracles (from left to right).
Miss White (Livernose girl), Mr.Green, Miss Mangenta, Miss Red and Mis Yellow.

1 boy
All puppies are strong and beautiful, all over 600gr, all correct and have beautiful black masks.
Harra and the babies are great and we are looking forward to follow their development.
One girl will stay in our kennel, 2 girls and boy already have their excited owners and 1 pet quality girl is still available!

R.I.P. Ch SHABABU TARA
R.I.P. Ch SHABABU TARA
At 22:30 our dear Shababu Tara at the age of 13 left us and went over the rainbow.
Tara was our first Ridgeback and broad bitch at the NEOMELE kennel. She traveled with Lela, worked, hiked, and spent amazing moments and experiences together.
Tara was a mum of 20 beautiful puppies (2 litters with famous stud dog Tusani Big Ben).
She was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-grandmother to many generations with famous son Berry Neomele the most winning Neomele dog, then Ada Neomele, Chery Neomele and all their offspring. After Tara's offsprings, 3 new Ridgeback kennels were registered in Croatia.
Tara was Lela's inspiration, her best friend and greatest life teacher.
To all who knew her, she was (like all her dogs), almost like human.
Before she decided to go, she was waiting Lela to finish all her farm duties and then she left this world in Lela's lap, totally quiet and surrounded with love.
Lela has been saying goodbye to her all week, ever since the vet suggested last Saturday that she brings her to sleep.
Lela's choice was to leave Tara at home surrounded by her family Ada, Bella, Elvis and Fila.
She wanted Tara to be at the place she loved and to be and that her soul takes decision when she would leave this world. Tara had the tear in her eye at the moment she left them.
And then people say, they are just animals ...
They are beings who are much more compassionate, who have soul, emotions, and unconditional love than any human being.
THANK YOU TARA FOR ALL MAGIC YOU BROUGHT IN OUR LIVES!
